North Avenue Market is a small community-oriented family-owned business that caters to the local area residents and Milwaukee area tourists. The market may be accessed from the drive through, sit outside by the see-through fireplace, or you can come in and enjoy its cozy seating area located inside the North Avenue Market.

A niche exists that has yet to be filled for a high-volume, convenient, quality-driven food/retail hall that includes a drive-through. North Avenue Market meets this need and fills this niche. North Avenue Market offers high-quality products in a friendly and convenient environment for the customer on the go or looking to dine in. Furthermore, the high-profile location on North Avenue, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin provides a mixed customer base within walking distance that will maintain high levels of business in every season, at all times of the day, every day of the week.

North Avenue Market is comprised of two levels. The Upper Level boasts a coffee shop that may be accessed indoors, by drive-through, or be serviced through the walk-up window. It also contains an island bar (table height seating on the north end, allowing wheelchair-bound customers the ability to enjoy the community environment), 5 additional vendor booths (one of which may be accessed inside and through a walk-up window), a stage for musicians to perform or presentations to be made, televisions to catch up on what's happening in the world, indoor and outdoor seating, and much more. An elevator is provided to assist those in need as they transition to the Garden Level. Once you make your way to the Garden Level, you will encounter a relaxed seating area, surrounded by 3 food vendors booths, a massage/facial vendor, pop-up space, cocktail bar, conference/classroom, and 5 office spaces with a variety of leasing options. Three restrooms are located on the Upper Level, with 2 on the Garden Level. Those who desire may access both levels by elevator. Each of these combine to make this a wonderful neighborhood gathering place, that can be enjoyed by the entire Milwaukee Community. With our 5900 West North Avenue location, we are at the intersection of 59th Street and W. North Avenue, well situated to serve Uptown, Washington Heights, Pabst Park, and Wauwatosa East neighborhoods. Additionally, we serve the crowd entering and exiting Milwaukee, via North Avenue, on a daily basis.
